We did it together – the DOBA chest has been filled with presents

Today, DOBA Director, Jasna Dominko Baloh, handed over the presents to Mirjana Drofenik, Head of the Centre for Mothers in Need, and Radojka Hižman, Head of the Counselling Centre for Violence and Abuse Victims in Maribor.

Throughout December, we have been filling the large chest with new toys and school supplies. Our students, graduates, teachers, lecturers, online tutors, and employees have all helped to fill the chest to the brink. Together we collected more than 200 different toys and school supplies. DOBA also prepared a small surprise for the mothers. THANK YOU!

This charity campaign is only one of the many socially responsible actions organised by DOBA, which pursue our key values. Throughout the year, DOBA namely organises the Four Seasons of Solidarity project. Over the course of the year, we have already helped the Maribor Friends of Youth Association, the Maribor Animal Shelter, contributed to the Red Noses, the Botrstvo (Sponsorship in Slovenia) project, the Vida project, which provides warm meals to the elderly, etc.
