In addition to the UNIQUe international accreditation, DOBA Business School has also received the EOCCS certification as the first higher education institution in Slovenia and the broader region.
DOBA Business School has achieved new major success in online learning. The school has obtained the EOCCS (Online Course Certification System) certification for its high-quality implementation of online learning. The certification is awarded by the most important European association of business schools, EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development).
The EOCCS Certification Board composed of international experts assessed four key areas and 50 detailed criteria. This complex approach required DOBA to meet high-quality standards in comprehensive institutional context of online learning, programme and course structure, educational content, pedagogical approaches to online learning, the achieving of learning outcomes, support and care for student development, ties with the community, internationalisation, monitoring and quality assurance.
This certification places DOBA Business School alongside renown institutions such as ESADE, BI Norwegian Business School, Grenoble Ecole de Management, Politecnico di Milano School of Management, the Open University Business School, Henley Business School, ESSCA, and others which confirm the quality of online learning with this certification.

Online Learning at DOBA Business School
DOBA Business School has been operating since 2003. During the years, the school has been building on five key foundations: innovation, new knowledge, new technologies, quality, and international collaboration. Today, the school offers four undergraduate and four postgraduate master's programmes in online learning mode in four different languages. A doctoral programme is in the process of accreditation. DOBA Business School has been implementing online learning since its early beginnings and the DOBA online learning model is the result of own professional and research work.
In the 2017/2018 academic year, there are 1,039 students studying at DOBA Business School, of those 98% online. Students study from 46 different countries across the globe. As the quality of a higher education institution is measured by the quality of knowledge of its graduates and consequently their employability, we are especially proud of the high percentage of graduates and their success: 64% of graduates experience positive changes in their career and personal growth after completing their studies. These results are indicative of the high quality and practical nature of the study programmes and represent DOBA Business School’s commitment and motivation for the future.
