At the 3rd International Scientific Business Conference on Leadership and Management – LIMEN 2017, the Dean of DOBA Business School Professor Dr Rasto Ovin spoke together with co-author Andrej Malgaj, owner and CEO of Malgaj Car Dealership.
Utilising the example of DOBA Business School, Professor Ovin presented the results of including stakeholders in research work at a private modern business school such as DOBA, while Mr Malgaj presented the inclusion of all interested employees in the search for answers to the challenges of a successful company, including research activities also at company level.
