Prof. Dr. Anita Maček Receives Prestigious Erasmus+ Award for the DEFINE Project in Vienna

Higher education professor at DOBA Faculty in the field of economics, Dr. Anita Maček, has received the prestigious Erasmus+ award in the category of adult education as the leader of the DEFINE project.

The DEFINE project (Digitalized Financial Education for Seniors), coordinated by FH JOANNEUM, where Dr. Anita Maček also teaches in addition to DOBA Faculty, was successfully implemented in collaboration with partners from various European countries.

The project aims to enhance financial literacy among seniors. By developing interactive learning tools, the project enables seniors to confidently use digital financial services such as online banking, alternative payment methods, and other services. DEFINE significantly contributes to digital inclusion and greater independence for seniors across Europe.
