In May, our colleague, Nuša Lazar, participated in Erasmus staff mobility in Milan, where she established new international contacts in various fields and expanded DOBA Business School’s partnership network.
The purpose of Erasmus staff mobility is networking and new contacts as well as the comparison and exchange of experience, best practices, and work methods in higher education with colleagues from across Europe. Our colleague, Nuša Lazar, program manager at DOBA Business School, experienced and realised this purpose during her staff mobility in Milan, Italy.
This is how Nuša described her experience with Erasmus staff mobility:
“I attended the Erasmus Staff Training Week together with colleagues from other European institutions, i.e. 25 participants from 11 countries. My attendance at the Erasmus Staff Training Week had a major positive effect on my personal and professional growth. I learned about best practices of other European institutions with regard to internationalisation, student mobility, and work on international projects. I will be able to incorporate all this knowledge and best practices of my international colleagues into my work. I have also expanded my understanding of the practices, policies, and systems in education and training in other European countries. This mobility has also strengthened my motivation for work and satisfaction at the workplace.”
