Employers surveys are one of the key tools for obtaining information on the success of our graduates on the labour market and information on the relevance and applicability of the skills and competencies that they acquired or developed during online learning.
To date, 4,824 bachelor and master’s students have graduated from DOBA Business School. The results are good, as graduates assess the relevance of the acquired skills and competencies for their success in the business world rather highly.
We invited companies for which we know that their employees graduated at DOBA Business School in the last year to participate in our survey. Of the companies that responded to our invitation, 68% come from the economic sector and 32% from the public sector.
The key employee competencies highlighted by employers in this year’s survey are:
• Entrepreneurial spirit and management (problem solving, conflict resolution, critical thinking, etc.)
• Specific skills and competencies
• Personal development for self-initiative, positive attitude, and continuous learning
In assessing the extent to which these skills are developed by their employees who graduated from DOBA Business School, they rated the obtained skills with an average grade of 6 on a 7-point scale, demonstrating that DOBA Business School educates employees that employers need today and in the future.
The fact that the diploma leads to career development and promotion in the workplace is also demonstrated by the results of the question “How do you see the chances of promotion of graduates of DOBA Business School in your company/organisation”, as 64% of graduates have benefited by the diploma in the advancement of their career.
