DOBA Connected with International Knowledge – The Power of Collaboration for the Future

For many years, DOBA Business School and its staff have actively participated in numerous prestigious international networks and associations. Why? Because we believe that quality is built through collaboration. By engaging in international networks and associations, DOBA Faculty strengthens its role in the international academic space and creates new opportunities for students, higher education teachers, and other stakeholders.

Below, we present the key partnerships that shape our international presence and the development of future-oriented education.

  • Businet, as a dynamic network of international higher education institutions, strengthens the internationalization of education and fosters cooperation in European projects. VR4Skills, DigAge+, Game4Change, and EnDigCom are international projects with DOBA Business School as a partner, developed within this network to promote the digitalization and technological modernization of international education.
  • EDEN Digital Learning Europe is a leading European network for the development of digital education, connecting academics and practitioners, and encouraging the exchange of knowledge and best practices. As a leading online faculty in the region, DOBA has contributed to this network for several years, and since 2023, has also been a member of the network’s Board.
  • ICDE - International Council for Open and Distance Education, a global network for open and distance learning in partnership with UNESCO, brings together expertise to tackle local challenges and contribute to the achievement of the OZN 4th Sustainable Development Goal: inclusive and quality education for all. DOBA Business School has joined this initiative as an active participant in 2024.
  • EAIE – European Association for International Education is the leading European association for the internationalization of higher education. It opens the doors for DOBA Business School to the world of international collaboration, knowledge, and the development of digital internationalization and virtual mobility within study programs.
  • Oxonia University Network connects leading academic institutions for joint research and knowledge exchange. Membership in the network positions DOBA Business School as a digitally advanced, internationally engaged, and socially responsible educational institution.
  • UP University is a European alliance of 11 higher education institutions. Through this alliance, DOBA Business School strives for a sustainable future via joint projects and initiatives focused on the OZN Sustainable Development Goals: good health and well-being (SDG 3), sustainable cities and communities (SDG 11), and responsible consumption and production (SDG 12).
  • SMART Network, a new platform for cooperation between the EU and the Western Balkans established in 2024 within the international SMART project coordinated by DOBA Business School, promotes innovation, sustainability, and smart specialization within the innovation ecosystems of the Western Balkans.
  • ASEN – Association for the Study of Ethnicity and Nationalism is a leading international organization for the study of ethnicity and nationalism, providing a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration. DOBA Business School participates to share knowledge in the fields of democracy, governance, and active citizenship in higher education.
  • ISCP – International Society for Coaching Psychology, a leading international association for coaching psychology, supports the professional work of the DOBA Business School Business Coaching Centre and promotes the development of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based coaching in education and practice.
  • EAWOP – European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, offers DOBA Business School a platform for developing knowledge and research in leadership, organizational behavior, and employee well-being.
  • ESA – European Sociological Association is the central European association of sociologists. It provides DOBA Business School access to the latest research and enhances collaboration in the international scientific community, supporting the development of study content focused on understanding modern social challenges and the broader context of our existence and work.
