The VTIS Association of Slovenes Educated Abroad is the leading organisation for the circulation of knowledge between the world and Slovenia.

The Association brings together knowledge ambassadors in Slovenia and abroad, promotes cooperation between Slovenia and the rest of the world in the field of science and business, and draws attention to problems and legal obstacles in the circulation of knowledge.
