Creating the future together: DOBA Business School’s accreditation renewed for another five years

DOBA Business School has received the decision of the Slovenian Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (SQAA) on the renewal of accreditation for a period of five years.

Experts appointed by the SQAA Council conducted evaluation visits to DOBA Business School in the first half of this year. In the process of renewal of the accreditation of the institution, they assessed the:

• institutional aspects of the overall functioning of DOBA Business School as well as the organisation,
• implementation and self-evaluation of the master’s programme in Management of Smart Cities and
• the doctoral programme in Innovation and Sustainable Business Management in Digital Society, which was assessed by a team of experts as part of a sample evaluation.

During the visits, over 90 stakeholders of DOBA Business School, representatives of DOBA Business School management, higher education teachers, assistants, students, graduates and business representatives were interviewed.

The final report issued by the expert group shows that DOBA Business School meets all legal requirements and quality standards in all areas of the assessment, with the experts not identifying any non-compliance in any of the assessed areas. 

The renewal of the accreditation is a recognition of DOBA Business School’s progress over the last five years, the school’s excellence, and quality of performance.

DOBA Business School has thus again confirmed its place among top-quality higher education institutions, while its research and development work position it as a leader in online learning in Slovenia, which is also confirmed by an international accreditation.
