This January, DOBA Business School established the first Business Coaching Centre in this part of Europe, which will bring together research, teaching, professional and consultancy activities in the field of business coaching.
Business coaching and coaching psychology offer a structured framework to help organisations and individuals understand leadership, teamwork, decision-making dynamics, well-being, productivity, and psychological resilience in the workplace.
The activities of the Business Coaching Centre at DOBA Business School include teaching, professional, research and consultancy activities. They establish links between research, coaching practice and the new Business Coaching study track in the master’s programme, which will start in September 2024.
The establishment of the Business Coaching Centre puts DOBA Business School on the map of this rapidly developing field.
On Thursday, 25 January, a press conference will be held at DOBA Business School.
