DOBA Business School Successfully Starts a New International Project

We have started an international two-year project within the Erasmus + Cooperation Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training scheme. In January and February, the first partner meetings on the new international project with DOBA Business School as a project partner took place: Digital upskilling of the existing ageing workforce (DIG-AGE+)

The lead partner of the project is UCL Limburg from Belgium and, in addition to DOBA Business School, the project involves partner institutions from France, Poland and Finland, as well as Businet, a global network of higher education institutions based in Belgium.

The project aims to give people the opportunity to learn at any stage of their lives. It targets both skilled professionals as well as less-experienced workers, including those looking for a professional change and novel job opportunities. Furthermore, the project is aimed to enhance digital skills by developing a flexible ICT-based learning environment. Specific training on digital skills necessary to improve professional performance as dealt with by the EU DigComp Framework will be provided.

Participating in international projects and expanding the network of partner institutions are among the key strategies of DOBA Business School. Previous experience with international projects is very good, as in addition to the work done on the international project, there are also other forms of cooperation with partner institutions, such as virtual mobility, staff and teacher mobility, study visits, and joint scientific and research work.
